Hi, I’m Muskaan Chaudhry — a multidisciplinary filmmaker, designer, and creative systems builder based in NYC. My work lives at the intersection of visual storytelling, user experience, and public impact.

With a BFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy and early design training at Parsons School of Design, I’ve led productions from script to screen, developed scalable training tools in social services, and built creative strategies that make public systems more accessible.

In my first job at a domestic violence shelter, I created an internal onboarding system from scratch — complete with training videos and downloadable guides — to help frontline workers spend more time supporting clients and less time lost in repeated onboarding. Since then, I’ve applied the same ethos to every project I take on: build with purpose, design for clarity, and lead with empathy.

Most recently, I’ve worked under NDA as a freelance video producer and UX collaborator for creative studios and public-facing organizations. I’m currently expanding my toolkit through Google’s UX Design Certificate and working on projects that blend digital innovation with community care.
